Picks up poorly

Picks up poorly. After vacuuming I find that I literally have to pick up by hand what this poor excuse for a vaccum missed. It does a fair job on bare floors but is lousy on carpet !

Know your spindle diameter.

Be aware that the spindle shaft diameter is 1.125". One spindle was speaking tight that I could not turn it by hand.
