Slim book, big value at the right price.
Loads of information about the N&W locos - good photos and line diagrams for sizes/dimensions of selected loco classes - not all of them.
A lot of info in a small book. If you want thorough detailing and numerous pages of text, then this will not be for you.
Wish I'd got one years ago.

A wonderful collection of Nineteenth Century railway drawings; delightful.
This book - which I had not heard of prior to seeing it listed on ebay - is absolutely marvellous. As it says, it includes drawings of prototypes fom Locomotion of the early 1800's right up to the GNR Atlantic right at the end of the century. GWR and Irish 5' 3" broad gauge drawings are also included. The drawings are really good and clear, all in the same style. Just a nice thing to look at, even if you do not make models. If you can find one, get it - you'll love it !

A must for N
A very useful bit of kit for small size N Gauge tank loco models. Brilliant !
