Don't know what to say about a medical device. It either works or it doesn't. If there isn't quality, the feds won't allow reimbursement for it. In nebs kits, personal preference (either patient, physician or supplier) dictates choice. I prefer this particular model to others I have used.

We have two dogs who love to destroy squeeky toys. They haven't been able to even dent this. Just carry it around. '

Good product, overdone postage.
