  The shipping time of the necklace was reasonable. Unfortunately the packaging left a bit to be desired; the outer packaging was fine, but bubble wrap & jewelry box inside is dirty and stained. The necklace is not what I was expecting, but that is my own fault for not asking the seller about it before purchasing. The photos (especially photos#3-5) showed what seemed to be a sterling silver chain, but it is not. it is a gold-tone that I did not want. My error, not the seller's so lesson learned.
