Not that great

This eyeliner says it's waterproof but it's not, plus it smears and smudges. I wear it under my bottom eyelashes, and it smears under my eyes very quickly after only having it on for "maybe" an hour. I can't be looking in the mirror all the time and using Q-tips to wipe off the smears and smudges, so I'm not going to use it anymore. I threw it away. The point it very sharp though and the black is very black, which I liked; but I cannot handle any type of eye makeup that smudges or smears.

Not that great

I was hoping this would be a great lipstick that would last for hours, but it seems to peel and have a sticky feeling after applying. It might work for other people but it just didn't work for me.

Not impressed

This eyeliner is "not" waterproof. It ran down my face before I even left for work. It was completely dry too. I just need waterproof eyeliner because I do not like the look of raccoon eyes, which some eyeliners tend to leave sort of blackish circles around the bottoms of the eyes. True waterproof eyeliner does not do that. This one unfortunately does. I don't recommend it but if you want to try it, maybe you'll have better luck than I did. I also bought the same eyeliner in blue, and it did exactly the same thing. It's just the type of eyeliner that doesn't last or stay put at all. If you put wings on your eyes, this is "not" the eyeliner I'd try because the wings would be running down your cheeks. I'm sorry I didn't like this product. I was really hoping I would.
