Meh
It's ok and works fine but the flame isn't all that strong even set on high.....it's quite narrow and not too powerful.
The lighter seems well made yet the edges are a bit sharp. Overall not a giant killer, that's for sure.

Almost Great
Four stars is for a well made speaker which can really put out. The fact they don't ship to Canada is rediciulous from our perspective because we are unable to take advantage of sales etc. On the other hand, the kind gentleman I contacted to purchase the carry bag sent it to me absolutely FREE. You can't beat that.
My only design niggle appears to have been fixed on the new models and this has to do with the power switch. It is a non-recessed In/Out button which can accidentally be pressed while inside the carry bag, although I'm not certain if this automatically leads to battery drain. It was an odd choice for a power switch considering the more sophisticated proximity sensor for the top buttons.
I Hope Riva finds a way to be more responsive to email messages and in general acknowledging customers who take the time to communicate and show an interest in the company....not a healthy thing to orphan customers.
Anyway, you probably won't be disappointed with this speaker and keep in mind that placement makes the difference between meh and Wow!
