I originally ordered the wrong tablet. They accepted my return and credited my account within days. I then ordered an iPad 2 air and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. Battery life is awesome and there was no signs of wear on the product. if you plan on getting the insurance coverage, I would advise not getting the extra coverage until after the iPad arrives.if for some reason you end up with the wrong tablet first, cancelling the insurance is a nightmare. It is a convoluted time dependent process and I ended up losing $25.
