Just right!
This is just what my wife wanted. It's beautiful and does it's job well. I wish it had the beater with the spatula edge, but we'll buy that later. For right now, the wife is loving making cookies and is going to try sourdough soon.

Works Great!
We use this to make keto friendly lemon sorbet. It works great! My wife also likes the fact that the red color goes with our other red small appliances.
