I could have a really bad charger becaus...

I could have a really bad charger because it barely works but the iPod does turn on but doesn't boot to home screen and then reboots after a tiny while and I cant boot it into itunes due to the power button. The only reason Im putting Neutral is because I'm not sure if its just a me issue but the charger does turn on my iPhone 2G
