Perfect way to do the job!

Exactly what you'd want. It seems quite sturdy, it's not "open" on top so when you move it around the stuff stays in it. It stays closed, and if you want you can lock it. Simply stated, if you have an open space of 1U you can either cover it, or use this. I think the extra $30 or so is quite well worth it, and this particular one is really nice.
