What happened?
I received this originally in a timely fashion. The skin came in 6 pieces as stated. After several attempts the pattern would not line up without overlapping one side. I emailed pictures and they responded quickly saying they have had trouble w this pattern and would send a replacement, I was happy with their quick response. Then I didn't receive anything for going on 3 weeks. I have sent two follow up emails w no response.
