Better than being tethered to MS for the rest of my life!

Bought this after MS inactivated the installation of Office Plus (which I had received when I was employed) leaving me without access to a ton of info that I had in Outlook. Then they tried to sell me a subscription to the online Office 365 - which would have left me paying for it EVERY YEAR!!
So this was a great option. I'm retired and don't need all of the "bells and whistles" - most of which just drains performance anyway and has little use to me.
I was happy to get a standalone Software that I can reinstall if needed.
