  the package has been sent, this is the number they gave me, it's not my fault, it's royal mail, they made a mistake at my expense. now i have neither bots nor money because ybay took me. It's just not right to treat someone like that and what am I supposed to do now. question to ybay where are my shoes give me back my shoes
