  I went in person to the post office to send this new package. They recommended how to send it. If they mishandled it, it was their fault. I saw the pic the buyer sent and it was just a dent outside the box. That happens even with Amazon, Best buy or other companies. etc... Anyways the buyer received the Lego in perfect conditions and sealed. So the product was not affected at all. What is important is to receive the product in excellent condition and that was the case. Lego inside was intact.

  I believe this was an honest mistake and that the post office advised her to send it this way which the Post office is the cause of the damage. Contents seem to be fine and the recipient is fine with not keeping the box for collecting purposes.

  The card showed up with the auto smudged. I don't know what happened but it appears as if the seller shipped it this way as the packaging was not damaged. I contacted the seller and he offered no resolution.

  This card was sent in perfect conditions, the buyer didn't contact me to look for a resolution, but went ahead and just left this bad review. The card was sent with care, with double sleeve, and good packaging, so I don't have any idea what would have happened. So either the buy did something to it, or the heat at the mail office or mail truck affected it.

  Good experience other than this $40+ was sliding around in an oversized toploader with no tape over the top or in a team bag. Thankfully it arrived in good condition.
