Can't be without this product
Amazing gentle daily scrub. Does not irritate sensitive skin. Very quickly gets rid of all your blackheads etc revealing glowing skin. Balances oils skin when you're hormonal. When a spot forms it comes up and heals much faster. Gives a smooth base for makeup. Since I started using this plus a clinique serum and moisturiser people keep telling me I look amazing.

This worked pretty quickly in about a month or so. It did make the affected nail disintegrate and the top layer flake off but I think that may be because I swim a lot and the nail just got soft and soaked off. Either way i just was happy to be rid of the fungus and it didnt take 9 months.

Nor for heavy flow as per title
These are tiny. The title says "heavy" but they are the smallest reusable pads I have seen. Suitable for spotting only. Have to use two at once.
