I notified the seller, & they immediately responded, & even though said no returns, offered to get me a free return label. I decided to try to fix arms on my own first, the seller even said if i can fix & keep it, they would still refund me half the price! So i was able to fix good enough to display & still love the doll, & seller sent me refund! 1 of best Ebay sellers! Honest!

Excellent hard drive - worked perfectly!
I was hesitant to try to replace a hard drive in an older laptop, but this went so well. Plugged it in, turned on computer, and Windows came right up. I had to jump through a couple of HP hoops to setup the network connection. The company name is Godspeed but it is a Godsend!
