Sent wrong phone

Was sent the wrong phone. They apologized and I asked if they could send the right one but no answer. Sent the phone back.

Screen cracked

I love the iPad but disappointed in the screen. I had an original iPad since they first came out and no problem with the screen. I had the new one in a hard case and it fell off the arm of a chair and cracked the screen on both sides. One week old and I am sick....$379 if I have the screen replaced.
