In the short term this panel appears to be functional. I will need to see how winter shorter daylight hours and colder temperatures affects the system charge levels. I did add a rear mouting spacer to not have to do any trim moulding cutting.

Good bones

All three had blown 12v power supplies. Replaced those, reset root user password, reset to factory defaults, set the network parameters, did firmware update and these look to be ready to go into service.
