  We paid for the item, nothing was said, no reason given, no communication at all, and we waited for 10 days, giving a grace period- the seller simply didn't send it and even had the audacity to say the order was refunded before I asked them to go ahead and send it, even though it was clear the refund only showed up after I asked for the tracking number immediately. Unfortunately unscrupulous sellers will keep buyer's funds tied up with no follow- through and this is one of them.

  There is nothing unscrupulous - I just did not see the notification and had donated the item at a local charity. As soon as I realized the mistake your money was immediately returned to you. Sorry for the frustration.
