You can quote Mitch on that.....
Mitch Mitchell is one of the best drummers the world has ever known.But it seems that Ginger Baker and John Botham (Not to mention Keith Moon)are usually the guys most people know and remember.Without Mitch at the drums, I can’t imagine Jimi Hendrix’s music being as exciting.He was literally unreplaceable! As great as Buddy Miles was, Hendrix made magic only with Mitch at the helm.His book is not anything you haven’t read or heard some place else,but if your a fan,like myself, it’s must have.
