  I had a small issue with my order and the seller was very nice to assist me with a resolution, very kind of them. The item was as described, the packaging was good as was the shipping but had an issue once opening and the seller was super and immediately took care of a refund. The seller was wonderful and has excellent customer service. I do recommend this store as this was just a fluke with my order which was damaged. (sad face). Thank you for your amazing customer care.

  Bottom of Dutch oven arrived broken have pictures this is the second one I purchased through ebay that has arrived broken packaging was poor item barely fit into carton item was poorly wrapped I'm sure handling by shipping company had something to do with it sad like I said this is the second one I ordered and arrived damaged and 6 months later I'm still waiting for that to be resolved
