Good value but needs a little work
5 of 5 found this helpful This is a fine and hefty jaw crusher for the price. The jaw size is adjustable down to about 1/4. Came with a short cord that was not grounded to the crusher. Bought and added a decent cord and grounded it. Tried to run it on a 220V, 4500 W generator and it failed. Peak wattage to get it started is likely higher. Works fine from 220V wall outlet. Does seem to vibrate a bit too quickly to facilitate rocks dropping down the jaws making harder rocks slide up and down without crushing them, a larger pulley would likely help slow it down. Lastly, the output is directly under the crusher, I built a stand for it and felt like the tabs were not robust enough to attach it to my stand so had to weld it directly. Good crusher but realize it takes a little to get it functioning.
