After only two charges this battery has failed completely.

Defective.

Unsatisfactory. I received the phone, charged it 12 hr, but the handset always shows BATTERY LOW whenever lifted from the base. The base works fine. Got another phone, same exact problem. Called PLantronics tech support, they said try another battery. Got another battery, same problem. Tech support said these phones are no longer being made and are old. So I bought a phone that only the base seems to work.
