Better than expected
2 of 2 found this helpful Prior the this, we had Net10 for many years and were quite happy...until their customer service went down hill in a BIG way. A friend told me about H2O and it uses the same AT&T service we had with Net10, but for much cheaper. We were paying $40/month for each phone and now are only paying $27/month for each phone!
We had to tweak some phone settings to get the SIM to work, but once that was done, it works great! It wasn't hard, just took a little time. Porting our numbers over was fairly quick. I think inside 2 hours.
So far, the service has been dependable. We love that we are saving $ too!
