Unique and fun Valentine!
Perfect for a Kindergarten class; though the sharks are small... the idea and challenge of getting them in the air was perfect. They caught on quickly and didn't want to stop!

old friend
I first worked this stocking in 1982 for my youngest daughter. About the same time a dear friend completed this same stocking design for her daughter as well. It was wonderful to see how we both interpreted the design. I love using embroidery stitches, beads, ribbon and anything that works in my vision of what the stocking should become.
This canvas was purchased for my youngest granddaughter, maybe it will match her mom's…but then maybe it won"t.
I do like the Vintage Company canvas. They leave plenty of room for individualization.
