handy 'LIL critter
Very compact (comes with a carrying case). Easier to use than cuff type. Tells you weather or not you have the monitor level with your heart. Recall prior readings to compare. Highly recommend.

better than other devices

move a soft toothbrush across the cylinder while it is running, then pop the head out per the instructions and blow out the remaining grindings on the head itself.

excellent product
Been using Proglide for a good while. I get two months use from one cartridge shaving almost every day. Rarely do I get nicks.
