Frozen Shoulder Therapy
PT for a frozen shoulder. Being in the water is less stressful and less painful than regular therapy. The resistance of these wrist bands is enough to offer a challenge while doing the exercises. I asked the therapist for the best exercises to do and it’s been a great help.
I highly recommend them!
