SAM-e from Nature Made really works.
It helps a prop-up my concentration when I need it the most. You don't have to use it all the timeay - just when you need a boost on a particularly demanding days. In my opinion it has to be the one from Nature Made (the yellow box) - as far as other manufacturers are concerned - the effects are nowhere near the Nature Made.
