  Buyer misread description and due to buyer’s error demanded a refund. Buyer also falsely claimed item was worn. As a courtesy, seller issued a partial refund deducting $10 for return shipping for buyer to return the item. Buyer did not return the item so kept both the item and didn’t pay. Refused to respond to seller’s inquiries regarding returning the item. Case is being escalated to appeals dept. Buyer should pay for the item or return the item but went silent after accepting refund.

  Seller is lying 100%. The pants were not only "worn" but also dirty!!! I sent pictures and that's why E bay approved the case on my favor. I do not need to communicate with seller anymore!!
