ZAP is perfect for mountain living
7 of 7 found this helpful I live at 7000 feet elevation in a darling mountain community. Most of the time bears hang out near the local camp ground but in Fall they, as well as bobcats and larger predators, are spotted foraging for food. You never see cougars but know they are there. We live in their forest and this ZAP Cain is the perfect answer to feel safe walking my dog or just walking or hiking especially since the sun goes down earlier. Just hitting the button to hear the ZAP sound makes loose dogs run away. I can now walk with an unobtrusive but armed cane and feel safe in these magnificent mountains.
