ok for the price.
OK for the price. The rim was true. The cones were tight-needed adjustment.
The big problem is the sloppy workmanship that went into fabricating this rim.
The sidewalls were scuffed. The weld was sloppy. I'll need to smooth it out with a Dremel tool.
In spite of these issues, the rim is perfectly serviceable- - -it's becoming increasing hard to find these size rims at this price.
