Entire process was straightforward and efficient. Sent the radio unit in, repair was completed and shipped back to me within about a week. Reinstalled it and worked like a charm. Appreciate the consistent updates on status of receipt, repair and shipping information. Will definitely recommend to fellow Ford owners experiencing the same radio issue.
