Too Baggy For Me

Best Bang For The Buck Ultra Zoom Lnes
1 of 1 found this helpful No OS/VR or focus motor...but considering that, this lens is incredibly sharp and versatile. Small aperture means not a great performer in low light but still manages to focus fast enough. (use flash indoors) Smaller but heavier then the kit lens, and for $89.00 (new open box) from Wolf Camera Outlet, the best bargain in a ultra zoom lens.
I owned this lens and sold it when I purchased the Tamron 18-270mm PZD. I like the Tamron a lot. It focused super fast and silent with the PZD motor and it's VC was great. But after a while I decided it was just not sharp enough.
So I sold it and bought another Quantaray 18-200mm lens.
My D90 has the focus motor and with it's exceptional hi ISO performance, I can use this lens at higher shutter speeds to avoid camera shake.
I also owned the Nikkor 18-200mm before owning either of the lenses mentioned above and sold it because it's too expensive, and too many compromises...

1 of 1 found this helpful This Yamaha RX-730 Natural Sound Stereo Receiver is a sweet sounding, versatile little receiver. It has the adjustable loudness control that can be used to customize the sound to your personal preference.
The CD Direct feature bypasses the amp's main input switching and pre-amp block, passing the signal direct to the volume control, and then on to the power amp section for pure unadulterated sound.
The best feature on this receiver, it is equipped with Pre-Out/Main-In connectors. This receiver can be used to control another amp, or the amp section can be controlled by a separate Pre-Amp. A very nice high end feature. This connection can also be used to install an line processor, like a graphic equalizer.
Well spec'd at 70watts RMS, nice tuner, low noise, nice build, all make for a very competent, versatile little receiver, and best of all, almost any Yamaha remote control for the RX and RX-V series will control basic functions such as volume, input selection etc.
