Uncomfortable and fell apart

Very uncomfortable at the sides, and began to fall apart after about 3 weeks. You get what you pay for.

Not bad, but could be a little sharper

For the price this is a bargain. It's built like a tank, the auto-focus isn't bad, but obviously not as good today's best lenses, and it is a bit noisy. The images are sharp, but when the lens approaches 300mm they become softer, especially wide open. I would recommend f8 or f11. However they are still usable. The colour is a little off, and vears towards the blue side, and contrast is a bit flat, but not too bad. These issues can be improved with software. Overall I'm very happy, and it is a very cost effective way to experiment with 300mm lenses.
