Great as Throwaway HD Camera
4 of 5 found this helpful I was looking for the cheapest possible device to record 5 continuous hours of video while powered from an AC outlet, which was also capable of occasional full 1080 HD.
I haven't run it 5 hours yet, but so far so good. Footage is sufficient. By my calculations, the lower-res setting (720p) on a 32GB microSD will get just over 5.5 hours.
I have no SIM card inserted or WiFi configured. I leave it in airplane mode. I have no idea about battery life or any other features, and I don't care.
Works great for my purpose.
