They were packed well and arrived undamaged. I feel the price of the product was too high on one of them, but I guess that’s my fault not theirs for buying it, I didn’t have too. I also feel shipping costs were higher than other Breyers I have bought recently. I would buy from them again, because they care about their customers.

Convenient
Overall it's great, but there are a couple of things that would make it perfect. I wish that it'd charge just by hanging it up on the wall instead of having to plug in the cord every time. It's also a pain to empty when it's full of dog hair.

Good sound, no pain
Best headphone's I've ever used! They don't hurt my ears after wearing them for a long time and the sound is awesome! I bought these for my husband after I got mine because he was jealous of how awesome they were and kept stealing them.

Good so far
Just got to use it for the first time today in Idaho and it was nice having a clear windshield. Hopefully it'll hold up well!
