  You purchased this item on April 4 which was a Friday. I shipped it on April 7 which was the following Monday which well within the allotted time. It was shipped ground advantage and arrived at your destination on April 12. You waited until today, April 26, to leave feedback. This is a tote-style change bag. It’s not difficult to use.
