Worked great for about a month!
I was so pleased with the performance I bought 2 more, but after about a month both my wife's and my iPhone 7 gave an error message saying the product wasn't supported and immediately the message appeared the cables stopped working. Haven't been able to find a fix either. It's a shame but others should be aware of this flaw before spending any money!

Loose Fit... they fall off!!
1 of 1 found this helpful The knobs arrive very quickly and are good quality and very reasonably priced, but the stem D hole is fractionally larger than the shaft in my monitor and unfortunately the knobs come off very easily, rather than being a friction fit. They are the correct size for the shaft but this is a marginal tolerance issue that’s rendered the knobs useless in my case

Not a Great Socket Fit
The female sockets must be slightly too large as you get a lot of buzz and intermittent audio. To get it to work properly there's a lot of cable wriggling and once working you dare not move the connector. Not a great buy, chalked up to experience.
