Does Not fit the Motorola CP200
Check the picture with regard to the plug. It is the wrong plug for the cp200. The cp200 pins are two conductor, not three. They are closer together and the 3.5mm pin is at the cable end. This unit does however work great on a Baofeng UV-5R and Retevis RT3
Excellent product, Good quality, Good audio.
Just not as advertised.
