Cheap and cheerful
Bigger than you might expect (almost as big as the palm of my hand) - which is great for a reflector. The plastic bracket seems strong enough for normal road use; it would probably snap if really knocked about, e.g. if I crashed the bike into something. So long as you look after your bike it should last a long time.
I've deducted one star as this did not come with a screw for mounting the bracket to the bike. I guess maybe there are multiple screw diameters that might be needed for this, but nonetheless it would be good to have the most common one or two included. A LBS should be able to find you the one you need, though.

Functional
This feels a little cheap but it is only a simple adapter after all. It works. US prongs fit snugly into a US receptacle.
It doesn't seem particularly safe, as when the adapter is plugged into a receptacle, the live metal of the female Europlug part is very visible just inside the holes (which are much bigger/wider than the thin slots on a US mains receptacle). I think it would be very easy for small children's fingers to find their way into those holes, or for older kids to stick conductive items in. So, caution advised - but this is only intended for brief use while travelling, not as a permanent solution!
Not actually tested with a male Europlug - I needed something to adapt a UK Shaver plug (BS 4573) to work in the US. UK Shaver plugs are two round prongs like Europlug, but the exact dimensions are slightly different. This does JUST work with a UK shaver plug - everything feels slightly too tight, a little bending occurs, but electrical connection is made successfully, and as safely as a Europlug would be.

Works great
This product excels at the niche requirement of applying an aqueous detergent solution (under moderate pressure) to inclined planes of glass, at short distance.
In other words, it cleans my windshield just fine. (I have a 2004 Corolla.)
