  I received a message from UPS that the package I had ordered had nothing in it and they had discarded the packaging. UPS said they would notify the seller. When I notified the seller, he said he would check it out. I NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM THE SELLER. I tried repeatedly to get a refund as the package never appeared at my address. I am waiting for eBay to refund my money as the seller never responded. I am very skeptical about this seller’s ethics.

  Packed securely, item was exactly as described. The only problem was the delivery date estimate, at first it was Saturday the 21st, and arrived Monday the 23rd. That could be my post office's lack of staff to ensure delivery. Very happy with the purchase, was able to get out and do some birding right away. Thanks
