Great looking, and very roomy accessory pockets
I've had this cue case now for one full month and have used it multiple times per week. I like this 2x2 case much more over my previous case, and here is why:
- The two tone colors look great.
- It has tubes (rather than mere cloth) to separate all the shafts and butts.
- The bottoms of the tubes are spring loaded, so that when you drop a shaft/butt into the case, it settles gently.
- All the zippers work well (they are smooth; not jerky like a real cheap zipper might be).
- *** Roomy Accessory Pockets ***: Unlike a standard 2x2 case that is round or square, this case is oblong and thus the accessory pockets are wider and hence roomier. The long accessory pocket is two pockets in one because there is a vinyl membrane, with a front zipper allowing you to store stuff on top of the membrane, while the size zipper allows you to store stuff behind the membrane; although this doesn't increase the room of the long accessory pocket, it does give me more ways to separate and organize my stuff. I comfortably store all of the following items for league play in the long pocket: 2 cue balls, a Porper 4 cue holder, spare chalk, and a hand towel. The smaller pocket, near the top of the case, is actually quite roomy itself. In there I store: a QWiz, a Cue Silk, a Cuetec Bowtie tool, and a Moosehead Bridge, with plenty of room to spare.
The only negative, which was a cheap easy fix for me, is the following. The storage holes for the shafts are longer than my previous case; and because I do NOT have joint protectors on them, I had to reach in deeply with my fingers to pull out the shafts. Joint protectors would lengthen my shafts the perfect amount for easy reach. However, as my wife is into sewing, and she had a bunch of old small thread spools lying around that are about the same size as joint protectors, I simply glued a piece of felt to the top of two thread spools, and dropped one such spool into the bottom of each of the the shaft tubes: Problem solved. :) Now my shafts come up to just the right height to grab them easily.
I really love this cue case. At a $33 price point, I can't recommend it enough.
I've included 5 photos; some of them I open the pockets so you can see what is in them, and in others the pockets are zipped closed, with those accessories stored inside them, so that you can see what the case looks like fully loaded and ready to go. One side note: you might notice that the carrying handle is not centered; that is because the handle is attached by cinch straps so that you can relocate it to your preference....since my case is so weighted down unevenly by the heavy cue balls in the bottom, the handle has shifted; I could re-center and recinch it, but I am fine with where it has naturally shifted to due to the weight distribution.

Bright, Rechargeable, and ergonomic ....we love it, as does our dog who chases the red shapes
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this USB rechargeable one to replace a small battery operated that we were tired of replacing the batteries on. This is SOOO much better than the previous one, for the following reasons.
1) The size is more ergonomic than the overly small battery one we had
2) It is very bright ; my dog loves chasing after the lasered shapes; this is much brighter than our battery operated one (this one is bright enough that our dog can chase the red shapes at dusk ; with the old one we had to wait until it was dark out)
3) It is rechargeable ... no more changing batteries. Simply, pull the cap straight off (it is a tight connection, but if you pull straight up on the cap with the lanyard, it will come off), and plug it into a USB wall charger.
4) No need to press a button; this stays on the whole time.
5) The flashlight is actually usable

Fixed my ice dispenser -- here is a trick to access it quickly on my LG refrigerator
I've had the 6600JB3001C microswitch installed for a month now, and my ice dispenser has been working like a charm ever since. The install on my LG LFX2599 refrigerator was easy once I learned the trick that I posted in this video: go to Youtube and search for ""Easiest way to remove LG ice dispenser panel"
