Stay focused.

Of numerous lego technic models I have built this commanded my absolute attention the slitest distraction created errors the ones you do not notice until the end. Built this one 5 times until I was satisfied it was 100% correct. Top build.

Pay attention check twice assemble once.

When building the Defender Land Rover I made a few basic errors which caused a rebuild to get it right. This build I was determined to complete the task error free. To this end I was surprised at the amount of leftover parts when I completed the 1st set I continued and found the excess pieces were used at later stages. On completion all systems work well and minimal pieces left over. I found that I used the attention span of a young teenager which is by no fault of Lego. A great experience as I am by no means a pro builder.
