Kreg Tool Company K5MS Jig Pocket Hole System Kreg

Great value due to being a discontinued model but better than new 500 or 700 series

731 Woodworking (YouTube) did a review on the new Kreg Series pocket hole tool and concluded that the K5 was much better. I trust his opinion and thought that with the new series being available there ought to be some deals on dated tools like the K5. I found this one and was not disappointed. Not only is this the K5 it is the K5MS (Master System) which makes the deal even better. It comes with everything you need including the AutoClamp. This was my first experience using an autoclamp and I was amazed at ease of use. I will be getting more of them as deals come along. Must say that at retail, autoclamps aren't affordable for me. Instruction book was good and I would recommend that user either read it or better yet watch Kreg's Skill Builder Videos for the K5. For the most part, using the K5 is fairly intuitive but setting the jig up for board width isn't or at least is wasn't for me. I would highly recommend the K5 and especially the K5MS to anyone interested in using pocket holes in their projects. There are, perhaps, better systems out their. But for the hobbyist/entry-level woodworker, I have no doubt that this product is best bang for money.

Great product

I am greatly pleased with this product. I have bought a couple of mappers from Home Depot that was a little cheaper but only tested 4 cables. This one is a little more expensive but tests up to 8 cables plus it has a great zippered storage. Would highly recommend to anyone working with cable be it RG6 or RG59.

Great product. Great price.

Now must have hands off blue tooth device to drive and use cell phone. I've tried several devices and this was the best. I must mention that I wear hearing aids in both ears and needed on ear or over ear headset. So I can not compare to any earbuds that are on the market. Exceptional price. I am considering buying additional sets, one for each TV and computers that I have so I don't have to continually link, relink devices.
