Very Pleased

Very Quiet. Is it running? Installer says yes, and faster than unit that kept freezing up. It's 105 degrees, and 1700 sq ft house continues to be comfortable once installed. (rated @2800sq ft). We have weathered wood shingles, so this upgrade seemed appropriate. Replaced similar unit that lasted 10 years or so. Shopped around, didn't find any deals. This was about $20 less than Big Box, and arrived timely.

Meeting Expectations that it's shampoo

It's shampoo and conditioner so far. Too early to really critique. Lather is medium; conditioner as expected. 'So why the big deal' so far.

It works, no idea of quality

It is not an OEM product, but a knockoff...but it works finally. Getting it to fit right takes a little trial and error. Couldn't get it to fit one way, so had to take cover off again, then flipped it around (not over), and it fit better. Saw no difference in either end, so go figure. Typical dealer experience; mechanic said I needed a new one, so I said no to the add-on. Several months later decided to do this. Old filter was fine, off course.
