You CAN Get This To Work!
Though it is NOT easy... but here's how: You run the included Installation CD in "Compatibility Mode" under WIN 7 (others may work as well) and then when you try to operate it, it likely won't. Check under Device Manager to see if your PC can see it. Now here is "the secret"... you need to download the free viewer "FastStone" (thank my brainiac brother for this idea, it's his fsvorite viewer) and somehow, it "finds" the viewer and it works perfectly. This took hours and HOURS to figure out... I hope it works for you (and send a few dollars to freeware FastStone if it does for you!)
