  Great product at a great price. Seller was great about communicating and fixing a shipping mistake. Shipping needs improvement as far as the warehouse. 1st order was sent with one rather than the four ordered. (Seller promptly corrected this and shipped the other 3) however these three items were sent inside of a box with no bubble wrap or packing of any kind to keep the items from rolling, tumbling and shifting around inside of the package. Luckily they arrived with only cosmetic damage.

  I’ve ordered several of these faucets. Unfortunately, one did not work because the threading was bad. Seller would not respond to my messages to remedy the issue. Sadly, I was forced to buy a whole new faucet, but mistakenly chose the wrong shipping address. Within seconds, I asked to cancel the order, but was told no, it was too late. The seller is halfway across the globe and was likely sleeping when I placed the order, but he would not allow me to cancel it. Terrible customer service! Beware!
