  This seller was so rude and outright argumentative. Sold item not as described and tried to give him a chance to do right after sending the seller pix of the defects he became very rude and taunted me that he sold it As Is. Messaged me to pay to get it fixed or do what ever I wanted to but he was not going to refund. I still have not got my money back. Seller tried to change addresses and claimed my messages were his.   After several days after payment with no response, I asked seller if they had shipped yet. They said they had not been notified by eBay of sale. Then they said that their puppy had chewed up the toy( but NO picture of damage) and refunded my payment. Do not trust!!
