ZOOM G2 AND G2.1U WARM AMP SOUND
2 of 2 found this helpful The ZOOM G2 and G2.1u have been my go-to pedal for some time. Excellent sounding amp models, Best I have heard. I tried switching back to tube screamers, etc, and have come back to the G2. teenie-weenie problem that I have been able to fix is the use of micro-switches. The foot switches look like large, momentary switches but they are actually just sleeves that push a micro-switch below them. The micro-switch takes a beating and have worn out twice on me. I am good with a soldering iron so I have been able to replace them, which is a small price to apy for the excellent sounding pedal.
