Push ins are very easy to use,,, works so much better when moist,, easier to slide in ear when moist,,, and I think has better sound damping capabilities,, also packaging says use once and (trash)?? I wash mine in sink with water.. one pair last for 2 weeks or more,, (I use my spit) it is my ears.
